Until we know exactly how you want to transform your garden, estimating costs and budget is done in general terms. Please see the 'Help and Advice' section for a transparent budget breakdown for a new garden.
As with architect's drawings, my design fees will vary according to your garden's complexity and the number of elements you wish to include. As a guide, you can consider that my fees will be 10-15% of your entire budget.

From briefing to completed masterplan you can generally expect the 3-step design-phase costs to fall between £2,500 - £4,000.
'DESIGN TO BUILD'
The build steps follow-on from the design phase and transition plans into reality. These steps specify construction and practical installation - they are the 'instructions' and 'quality control'.
The full Design to Build package is ideal for people who:

Are looking for an end-to-end service, including help with seeking contractors, project tendering and monitoring the build.

Want to get their new garden built and planted as soon as possible.
From briefing to masterplan (as above), plus construction detailing, project tendering and project monitoring, the cost of the complete 6-step design to build service I provide can average between £4,000 - £6,000+, depending on how frequently you'd like me to visit and monitor the build.
